All programmes are tailored to your own health needs and meet you where you are. To get to the root-cause of your health challenges, we combine science-based clinical investigation, based on the principles of functional medicine, with personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching techniques.

What to expect

– A detailed Health & Lifestyle Assessment, this could include dietary assessment, medical and family history, sleep, stress, food likes/dislikes, lifestyle. This is to help my understanding of your current symptoms in the context of your diet and lifestyle as well as your medical history.

– A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan bespoke to your own needs – In our sessions we will explore your health ambitions, delicious nourishing food options, exercise and new habits building plans that suit you, your well-being and your lifestyle. Recommendations on supplements and/or functional testing to help support you during your programme (depending on your needs).

– Live 1-2-1 Health and Energy coaching sessions, to manage your progress, keep you accountable and celebrate your achievements, work on your resilience and help you build your new You. Health coaching sessions to help you overcome obstacles to your own path to success and help you break old habits that are holding you back from reaching your own goals while forming new habits for life.

– Private functional testing requests with different laboratories depending on the depth of investigation needed so that we can get a clearer picture of your health situation. Please note the cost of testing is not included in the price.

– Weekly, fortnightly or monthly meetings – depending on which programme you choose.

– Support via email & private message throughout the duration of your programme.

Kick starter

A 12 week programme consisting of 1 session every 4 weeks.
(4 sessions)

  • First consultation 75 min, then all consultations last up to 1 hour
  • A full health assessment will be taken looking at your current and previous medical history
  • Current blood test results can be read, analysed and interpreted
  • A 3-7 day food diary will be required
  • All plans include diet and lifestyle advice
  • GP referral letters can be written to request tests and assistance
  • Personalised recipes and meal plans are available if required
  • Resources and handouts
  • Supplement and lab testing suggestions (cost is extra)
  • Additional therapies include: Psychotherapy.

Signature

A 12 week programme consisting of 1 session every two weeks.
(8 sessions)

  • Signature, Premium and Premium Plus programmes include free health coaching
  • Initial is 90 mins all other consultations last up to one hour
  • A full health assessment will be taken looking at your current and previous medical history
  • Current blood test results can be read, analysed and interpreted
  • A 3-7 day food diary will be required
  • All plans include diet and lifestyle advice
  • GP referral letters can be written to request tests and assistance
  • Personalised recipes and meal plans are available if required
  • Resources and handouts
  • Supplement and lab testing suggestions (cost is extra)

A 12 week programme with weekly sessions. 4x 1 hour consults and 8x 30 minute check-ins. Health and Lifestyle coaching support is available with this package. Initial consultation is 90 minutes and includes a wellness vision.
(13 sessions)

  • Signature, Premium and Premium Plus programmes include free health coaching
  • Initial is 90 mins all other consultations last up to one hour
  • A full health assessment will be taken looking at your current and previous medical history

  • A 3-7 day food diary will be required

  • A 3-7 day food diary will be required

  • Weekly contact sessions making this the most flexible and comprehensive programme. (12 sessions in total + chat support and lazer call 15 min every day or every 2 days)
  • 30 minutes fortnight therapy support sessions.
